What is Microdermabrasion?

Microdermabrasion is an effective approach to skin rejuvenatio that results in the exfoliation of the outer layers of skin. The process helps soften the appearance of wrinkles, discoloration, sun damage, and expression lines by removing dead surface skin, revealing the healthy layers of skin underneath. Microdermabrasion uses Your Body's Natural Processes

Microdermabrasion helps to thicken your collagen, which results in a younger looking complexion. Collagen is a protein in your skin that's abundant when you're a child and makes skin appear taut and smooth. Microdermabrasion works with your natural bodies process to slough off old, rough skin and promote new skin growth.

Microdermabrasion Minimizes Downtime and Gives Lasting Results

There is almost no discomfort in microdermabrasion, meaning you won't need a topical or local anesthetic and there is no recovery or downtime. Significant results are seen after the third or fourth treatment.

Will my Microdermabrasions have a Natural Result?

Microdermabrasion is considered a minimally invasive technique which means it provides treatment without the need for surgery. This elimenates the possibility of scarring or other signs of a procedure. While results may vary for each patient with every cosmetic procedure we strive for the most natural result possible. During your consultation Dr. Hajjar will discuss your microdermabrasion procedure and inform you of expected results.
