What is HydraFacial?
Hydrafacial is a new breakthrough in aesthetic technology. The Hydrafacial takes its name from the root word hydrate: "to cause to take up moisture." This ability to moisturize the skin separates the Hydrafacial from all other skin resurfacing procedures.

HydraFacial Procedure Considerations
All makeup and lotions need to be removed prior to treatment.
Your HydraFacial Procedure
The Hydrafacial treatment is a fast, efficient treatment that takes as little as 30-40 minutes. There is no discomfort during the procedure-it is often described as feeling like a "cool paintbrush moving slowly over the face."
HydraFacial is performed on clean skin at a level adjusted for your comfort. Afterwards a hydrating mask is applied with steam and your treatment is concluded with a blend of antioxidants and moisturizer.
You may put on make-up and return to your normal activities right after the treatment since there is no downtime.
Many people report seeing visible skin refinement and an even, radiant skin tone after just one treatment. The smooth results and hydration may last for five to seven days or even longer. A series of six treatments, one treatment each week, is recommended for improving the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and oily/acne-prone skin.
After your first series of treatments, you may want to maintain your results with a Hydrafacial treatment every two to four weeks. To receive the optimum result, we will customize a skin care product regimen for you to enhance and maintain your skin.

Is a HydraFacial the right procedure for me?
HydraFacial is a common procedure for both men and women who want to remove rough skin or reduce scarring and exfoliate skin to gain a more youthful glowing appearance. HydraFacial is gentle and approved for all skin types.
Does insurance cover HydraFacial?
Many times insurance carriers will not cover an elective or cosmetic treatment such as a HydraFacial unless it corrects a medical or health condition. If you are considering insurance as a payment option for your HydraFacial treatment it is important that you discuss this with your RTH doctor and your insurance provider.
How to choose a HydraFacial professional?
When choosing a cosmetic professional there are three main qualifications to consider including training, experience, expertise, and personal attention. Your cosmetic technician should be overseen by a plastic surgeon who has completed an accredited residency program specifically in cosmetic treatments and is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). They should have years of experience performing HydraFacial and be comfortable recommending techniques for the best possible HydraFacial result.
Most importantly your cosmetic professional should be an individual that your comfortable with, that you can trust, and be confident that they have your best interest at heart. They should take the time to discuss your HydraFacial procedure with you in detail and answer any questions regarding the procedure you are considering.
What other treatments can be performed to enhance my result?
Your RTH doctor may recommend complimentary services to maximize your desired result. These may include a laser skin resurfacing, broadband light, a variety of chemical peels for your skin.
