Payment options may be combined. Some procedures may be partially
covered by insurance. RTH accepts all major insurance carriers.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards make great gifts and are valid one year from the date of purchase
and are not refundable. Gift Cards are the same as cash and are not redeemable
if lost or stolen.
